Join us for the Tryon Bike Tour De Cure and Red Rider Winter Training Program to get in shape, meet other riders, and prepare for the 2017 Tour de Cure!

In support of riders with diabetes (aka "Red Riders"), Tryon Bike is pleased to offer this weekly series of training events, starting January 2, 2017.

New this year we will also be offering a beginner's class that will focus on the basics of riding a bike and building a good fitness base.

  • Fitness: 30 minutes of on-bike technique and manageable intervals
  • Stretching: 10 minutes of post ride stretching and cool down

All Levels Classes
