All Levels Classes

  • Q&A: ask all the silliest questions you were too shy to ask before - do I wear underwear with my bike shorts? How do I pee on a ride? Where do I put my hands? Why does my butt hurt?  Is my bike supposed to make that noise?
  • Fitness: 60 Minutes of structured intervals (do as many of as few as you are comfortable with)
  • Stretching: 10 minutes of post ride stretching and cool down
